I would think if the color is indicative of change, then that change still exists. Not that I would want for you to test this theory out haphazardly, either.
But given what I've heard about the world outside of the city walls, it'd be useful to know one way or the other. I take it this isn't something that can be easily tested in the labs we have access to?
