[it used to be easier to tag along with noctis and simply place himself into the whatever area he was in and assert himself like "i am also here!" but with how things are, with strangers to their own cause, to what he hasn't told noctis...]

[prompto doesn't know if he's projecting needing distance onto noctis or if it's actually there. they're not on a roadtrip here, though.]

everything! i had tons of pictures with animals that i'd see in the city
those are lost now but... i started taking up taking pictures of people and landscape
heh.. i became very good at taking pix while fighting also

so we had to fight soldiers off and daemons
kinda unrelated to the war but those are more of a night-curse thing

yeah i'm pretty quick ngl it took some practice and some times it really bites me in the ass
but most of the pix are #WorthIt

daemons arrrrrrreee according to th...e insomnian.....dictionary... "vicious nocturnal creatures of various forms that strike fear into the hearts of even the most seasoned hunters"

it depends! some are literally imps with little cone-hats but then there are bigger and buffer imps that may have done energy drink shots
there's like super creepy disgusting huge snakes with semi-human heads
these floaty tentacles that are crazy scary you don't wanna get caught by them
floating fire balls with funny faces haha
and how can i forget the iron giants with their huge swords and metal bodies

now you're thinking: it'd be great if prompto had his camera
right?!

lol i could try and draw them maybe but even then you'd be like plz no

i never was that good at drawing! or writing lol it feels like it's sooo much effort
photography's kind of an artist thing tho right!

It is, I take it back. An eye for color, lighting, and composition. Waiting to capture that right millisecond of a moment.

I enjoy drawing, though. Painting, especially.

Yes. I use our apartment’s balcony to paint. I can show you sometime.

Well, I'm going to take that as a compliment.

It's a sweltering summer. And I'm not used to having to suffer through the heat, so it's one more thing to get used to in this place.

did u have like a cooling system before?

No. I was able to monitor outside temperatures, for the sake of identifying (and avoiding) extreme heat and cold. But I couldn't feel any of it.

It's different now. I've been sweating a lot in this sun.

oh ok so even if you wouldn't feel it being cold or hot it'd still definitely affect you right?
like if it's too hot it'd be damaging...

hey! sweating is a good thing! it's your body trying to keep cool
you just gotta make sure you keep hydrated

Too hot or too cold and it would have damaged my biocomponents. So yes, even if I couldn’t feel it, it was important to monitor.

I know, but that doesn’t exactly make it pleasant, either.
